By accessing and using QA Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

QA Shop is a demonstration e-commerce platform built for QA engineers and test automation practice. It is not a real store and does not process real payments or ship physical goods.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Principal accounts are responsible for all activity performed by their linked Automation sub-accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

QA Shop is intended for testing and educational purposes. You may:

• Create accounts to practice test automation
• Run automated tests against the platform
• Use the test tools and error simulation features
• Practice e-commerce testing scenarios

You may not:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Perform denial-of-service attacks or excessive load testing without prior arrangement
• Use the platform to distribute malware or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass Row Level Security or authentication controls

QA Shop uses simulated payment processing with magic test card numbers. No real financial transactions occur. No real money is charged. The test card numbers (4242 4242 4242 4242, etc.) are for demonstration purposes only.

QA Shop simulates shipping and delivery workflows. No physical products are shipped. Order statuses (pending, processing, shipped, delivered) are for testing order lifecycle management.

Since no real products are sold or shipped, returns and refunds are simulated. The returns policy page describes the fictional policies used for testing.

QA Shop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. This is a testing and educational tool, not a production service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of QA Shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
